How to order a profile

It is really easy to order the profile in LLC "First Profile Factory", just follow the instructions!

1. To place an order for profile production a drawing with all main characteristics and sizes is required.

Presence of drawings of the required profiles made with one of the programmes (AutoCad, SolidWorks, Inventor) will perceptibly quicken the whole process.

2.Fill in the technical requirements specification  (look at the example)

In RS you should state conditions of use, sizes and requirements demanded to the profile.

With RS, you should attach an assembly drawing or the drawing of the slot of this profile. If you will also add an example, it will help us to produce the profile more quickly and with higher quality.

3.Our technologists observe the examples along with documents, after that they offer the most suitable drawings of the required profile.

4.After the agreement between parts, drawings take the official status and they are added as an attachment to the contract,under the twrms of which the production of tool will be started.

Tool manufacture takes 4-6 weeks.

5.After the tool manufacture is finished, trial consignment production is held, and in the case of example correspondance to the required demands and drawings, it becomes a model, which is added to the contract after the approval from both parts. Production of the ordered profile is based on this model sample.

6. Production of the profile and delivery to our Moscow stock take 4-5 weeks.

After 2-2,5 months you get the profile.
